Mindful Meals by Kids is meant to teach kids the basics of cooking, everything from safety to being savvy. In an effort to be inclusive to all audiences, this blog offers a translation for eight languages and plenty of visuals from videos and pictures, allowing the user to fully engage with each recipe and page on the blog. Followers are encouraged to leave comments about the recipes and instructional videos at the end of each blog. It would be exciting to receive ideas that support the goal of BE SAFE, BE HEALTHY, BE SAVVY.
